Pet Policy:

Dogs are permitted & welcome at Bear Valley RV & Campground Resort. In order to provide all our guests a pleasant and memorable stay please follow are Pet Policy. Dogs must be kept on a lease at all times. Owners must clean up after pets at all times (Doggy bags are provided ). NO AGGRESSIVE dogs are allowed (tiny or big). Do not tie your dog to electrical boxes, water hookups or sewer hookup. Barking dogs may be unpleasant to your campground neighbors, do not leave your dog tied up unattended or barking. Dogs are not allowed in the buildings. Owners are responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their pet to person, property or other pets. Dogs may not wonder through any other camp site. Our campground is located right next to BLM land with miles and miles of trails, perfect for an adventure with you and your furry family. If our policy isn’t followed it will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Pets are allowed in our lodging sites (Cabin, Wagon’s, Teepee) with an additional pet deposit.

Registration:

All guests must register upon arrival at the front office. Assignments of site will be made at the front office. Ask for additional rates for storing extra vehicles or trailers. Do not move to another site without checking with the front office prior.

Reservation:

Reservations are not required but recommended. You can make a reservation by calling, or our email.

Check-in & Check-out:

Check-in time is at 1:00 P.M. Check-out time is at 11:00 A.M. If you would like to stay another day, please notify front office before 10:00 A.M. Your same site is not guaranteed but we will work to accommodate you. If you do not occupy your reserved campsite by 10:00 A.M. on the following day of your scheduled arrival date the site will be made available to public. Early check-in times are not guaranteed but we are happy to allow early check-ins if your site is ready.

Quite Times:

10:00 P.M. – 7:00 A.M. Please be respectful and keep noise to a minimal during this time.

Firearms:

The use of firearms, archery, or any type of weapon is prohibited. This also includes paint ball guns, air soft guns, sling shots etc.

Campfires:

We have several RV sites with private campfire pits. We also have several fire pit sites around property. All fires must be made in one of our designated fire pits. We do have fire restrictions so please make sure to check with front office before starting a fire. Do not leave fire unattended. Tents and all flammable items must be kept at least six (6) feet away from fire pit.

Restrooms-Showers-Laundry Facility:

Restrooms, showers and laundry facility are open 24/7 for registered guest. We will provide code for back door entry if you need to use the facilities after hours. We have three (3) Men’s showers and three (3) woman’s showers, we also have one (1) men’s handicap shower and one (1) woman’s handicap shower. We do not provide soap, shampoo, conditioner or towels. During business hours you can find these items in our country store.

Discounts:

Military: 10%
All discounts are only available for daily rates.

Security:

Our campground is under 24-hour surveillance. Please make sure you secure your own valuables, we cannot be responsible for loss, theft or damage. Our campgrounds speed limit is 5 MPH. The Resort is not responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting in or around campground. Children must be attended by an adult according to state law. Parents are responsible for all damages or injuries caused by their children.

Alcohol:

No excessive consumptions of alcohol. Absolutely no alcohol in motor vehicles or on ATV’s. No alcohol in building. No operating ATV’s or motor vehicles while under the influence. No alcohol on trails.

Smoking Policy:

No smoking indoors. That includes building, Bunkhouse, wagon’s and teepee.

Deposits:

Deposits for reservations is your first night stay at the rate of the site you are booking. (Example: RV Site booked for 2 nights your deposit will be 40$) The remainder balance will be paid upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy:

-7-Day cancellation notice on regular weekdays and non-holiday weekends for full refund.

-14-Day cancellations on Holiday Weekends or Major Events for full refund.

-If you cancel after our 7 or 14-day policy but before our 3-day policy only your deposit will be forfeited

-Cancelling 3-days prior to your check-in date will result in your deposit forfeited and 50% of your remaining balance for entire stay

-No-shows or same day cancellations will result in entire stay being charged NO EXCEPTIONS

-If you cancel after our 3-day policy and you are able to reschedule your stay, we will not charge 50% of your prior reservation. We will keep your prior deposit for your new reservation. THIS CAN NOT HAPPEN THE DAY OF YOUR CHECK-IN DATE.

Disclaimer:

Management reserves the right to change the rules and regulations at any time. Bear Valley RV & Campground Resort will not be held responsible for loss, damages or claims for damages to property or guest due to fire, theft, accident, or any other cause. The Management also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, or remove anyone from the park, without a refund, for perceived violations or disturbances. In the event of a natural emergency or sudden campground closure all camping fees will be refunded.
